ProinerTech offer our users a really generous amount of free storage, with no real limits (except for storage space, of course). If you create more than one free account (to get more total storage space), we will block all your accounts and also block any additional accounts you create. Just don't do it, it's not worth it. If you like the service, consider signing up for a Pro subscription, which will make our service even more sustainable.

If you are locked out of your account and cannot log in, go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". We will send you a link to your email that you can follow to reset your password. Please note: The user’s password is the root of all client-side encryption, forgetting itresults into the inability to decrypt the user’s data, which will make it impossiblefor either Filen or the user to recover the data stored on the user’s account.

There is basically no file size limit. We divide your files into 1 MB chunks, so you can theoretically upload files of unlimited size.

We delete free accounts only if they are inactive for more than 3 months (you only need to open the app or log in once every 3 months). You will receive 3 emails in advance with a 1 month reminder period. If you are subscribed and you stop paying the subscription, only the storage will be removed to the amount you had before the subscription. Of course, if you have purchased a Lifetime plan, your account will never be deleted.

Every valid Promo Code you have can be used once per User and IP Address.
